Neck and shoulder pain; almost every body in Western society is dealing with it. We’re sitting too many hours behind our computers, spending too much time on our mobile phones and we often have to deal with too much stress at work. This yoga class will help you relieve your neck and shoulder pain.
The class focusses on loosening up the lower back, which is often the result of pain higher in your back, shoulders and neck. But it also loosens the shoulders, chest and neck. The sequence is less than 20 minutes. Perfect to do before you go to bed, so your quality of sleep will improve.
However: the sequence is made to relieve the pain. It can’t take away the cause (bad posture behind your computer, stress). If you really want to get rid of the pain; get rid of the cause.
