We have designed four Yoga sequences for you, which we will post on our YouTube Channel every Friday. Every sequence has seven main poses that make up your challenge for that week. All you have to do, is post every day the pose of the day on your Instagram. Tag La Scimmia Yoga, FridaLovesYoga, ReYoga and DutchSmilingYogi and add the hashtag #BackOnYouMat.
