Workshops

Workshops are a great way to deepen your yoga knowledge, to improve your meditation or pranayama practice, to learn more over an asana or group of asanas your struggling with or to learn more over your own body. Easy arm balance

Arm balances hard? Okay, I admit: they are not the easiest poses in yoga. But they are doable. You just have to know how. In the workshop Easy Arm balance you will find out for your self. We’ll go over the anatomy of the poses, we’ll cover all the muscles that are involved and we’ll go through all kinds of arm balances step by step. I’ll give you different options to get in to the arm balances, I’ll give you different variations of every pose and we’ll be using props to make it easier. And in the end we’ll flow through them; combining one arm balance with the next one. So if you’re ready for some hard work and a lot of fun, join me for the workshop Easy Arm balances.

Yoga Anatomy Workshop

Why does the girl next to you simple drops back in upward bow, while you can’t hold that pose for even two breaths and everything hurts when you are doing it? Why does everybody around you complains that they have so much pain in lotus, where it is for you the easiest pose there is. You can even put your legs in your neck, without a drop of sweat. The answer is simple: Anatomy determines your yoga pose. It all has to do with the way we are build. Some people are just built to be a sprinter, others are built to be a marathon runner. Changing that ‘destination’ can be very disappointing. It’s genetically determined. Our skeletal system, muscles, muscle fibers are different from person to person. Parter Yoga

Time for some more fun? Partner up with another yogi / yogini and join a Partner Yoga workshop. It’s playful, but at the same time a good way to learn a lot about your own alignment and it’s a good way to get deeper in your stretches. By doing yoga together your partner will be your mirror and adjuster in one.

Thai yoga massage

Do you want to learn how to to give a Thai yoga massage? And do you want to get one in return too? Than join me for the workshop Thai yoga massage. I guide you through all the moves, by demoing them and telling you what to do, while you give your partner/friend a massage. After one hour the two of you switch and you get a nice Thai massage in return.

Yoga for Lovers

Do you want to connect deeply with your partner? Then join the workshop Yoga for Lovers: a unique blend of Partner Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage and White Tantra. In the workshops we are focusing on building stronger communication and intimacy, creating awareness and room for physical, emotional and spiritual growth. The fun and challenging assignments are designed to bring communication into a tangible physical form and help you witness the dynamic of your relationship.
