This recipe of Thai style fish cakes with mango chutney is Pleuni’s. Whenever she was on a local market in Thailand she saw Thai mamma’s and grandmothers baking these little fish cakes. They usually serve them very spicy. Sweet tooth as Pleuni is, she made here own version with the sweetness of mango.
You need for the Thai style fish cakes:
Blend everything to a smooth batter, scoop little balls in hot coconut oil and fry until light brown.
For the mango chutney
-fresh, ripe mango
-little soy yogurt
Blend together and ready to eat.
