I got a new house. A house in India. Well, got, got…. I’ve rented a new place, lets put it like that. Or even better: I’ve rented an apartment; a room on the second floor, above an Indian family. But for me it’s new, it’s in India in the heat; far and warmly away from cold Europe. And in this house, I celebrated my 44th birthday and Diwali.
It means I’m back in India again. Back at Sampoorna Yoga in Agonda. I’ll be teaching three 300 hours Teacher Training Courses (TTC) here and two 200 hours TTC’s together with Nadine Sharkey and Rachel Berryman.
Being here in October / November also means I can celebrate Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights. Celebrating the victory of light over darkness, good over evil, knowledge over ignorance, and hope over despair. I believe in sharing, I believe in educating, so this festival feels special to me. And the beauty is: our new house is an apartment on the second floor of a house of an Indian, Hindu family. Thanks to them, we can celebrate a little with them as well, as you can see in the video.
