We’re slow starters. Why? Because yoga is our priority. That’s why we have a morning ritual with yoga, meditation and an Ayurvedic massage. Only after yoga it’s time to work.
See, the thing is: if we don’t do yoga first thing in the morning it often doesn’t happen. Not because we don’t think it’s important, but because something always comes in between. How many times hasn’t it happen to you? You plan to do some exercise that day and by the time you go to bed you still haven’t done it, because you were to busy.
Same for us. Yoga is what we love to do and yoga is what keeps us healthy. Yoga is what keeps me sane. That’s why I love to do yoga every day. But too often it just didn’t happen. Too many other things to do and at the end of the day I use to be tired and just wanted to go to bed.
That’s why I ‘turned my day around’. a few years ago. First thing in the morning is now yoga. Well, almost first thing. In my case first thing in the morning is Ayurvedic medicine followed by meditation and an Ayurvedic massage. After that it’s yoga time.
