At some point in time we have allowed our mind to wander. Because of that we have continuously thoughts popping up in our head. And based on these thoughts we have all kinds of emotions. Some nice ones, but too often negative ones. If we can slow down this stream of thoughts, we will be happier. But how do you slow this down? This yoga and meditation class is the first step to help you.
Still the mind
To stop this stream of thoughts we first have to become aware of it. If we are, we can consciously stop all the wandering we do. In the beginning it’s hard work and we will fall into the trap over and over again, but if we’re persistent we can slow down our thoughts and at some point it will become quiet in our head.
