It’s sounds to good to be true and yet: it is. You can lose weight just by eating at the right time of the day. It all has to do with your biological clock. In this video I’ll explain you all about it.



Obsession to lose weight

For a lot of us it’s an obsession to lose weight. Diets, diets and more diets. Nothing likes to help. To be honest: it won’t. Yes, maybe short term you can shred a few kilos, but before you know it, they are back on your belly and hips again. If you seriously want to lose weight and keep does extra kilos away you have to change your lifestyle; the way you eat, the way you move. A daily yoga practice would be a good start. But I understand that can be a big step, so I’m going to reveal a little secret to you in this video; because just eating at the right moment can make a whole difference. Can make you lose a few kilos.

I’ll explain it from an Ayurveda point of view; the Indian medicine. But it’s no Eastern hocus pocus. That’s why I’m going to explain it to you from a Western point of view as well; by looking at my favorite nervous system and it’s effect on our digestive system.
