This is a little free yoga sequence you can do anywhere, anytime. It will take you less than 10 minutes, but even doing yoga for 10 minutes can make a big difference in your life.
This week it was International Yoga Day. I didn’t do anything special. Didn’t post anything special. I loved seeing so many people gather around the world and doing yoga together. At the same time: I think every day is a yoga day. Every day is a day we should do our yoga practice, we should live our life in peace, we should share our knowledge and love. Not just one day a year, but every day. So for me every day is a yoga day.
I know: sometimes time is a problem. We all have a full schedule and tons of things on our to do list. But there is always time to squeeze in 10 minutes of yoga and 5 minutes of meditation.
