‘So I’m going to do this. Again. I’m not a lot of a dancer. Still haven’t found the switch for rhythm in my brain, but he, somebody had to lead. And this Heart Chakra Meditation of Karunesh is to beautiful not to do…Stupid thoughts…. Well, that’s why I’m doing this, or not? Here we go: right foot in front, right hand forward, left foot in front, left foot forward. And now just let go of all the thoughts and let the music take over.’
Leading Karunesh’s Heart Chakra Meditation is not really my thing. More for a dancer or al least somebody who has rhythm. But it’s such a beautiful meditation I can’t help doing it once a while. Two hands on the heart and than just flowing in all directions: North, East, West, South…. And at the end a long, very long relaxation.
It grabs me every time. The music, the moves; it just does something to me. Or as Karunesh puts it: “This music runs the course of a special program designed to clean the heart chakras. Four phases serve as a lengthy prelude to the closing tracks that venture deeply into the sounds of ‘The Inner Temple’ and ‘Tibetan Sound Bowls’. Each phase of approximately seven minutes ends with a gentle sounding bell. By the time you reach the closing track, a state of deep relaxation and receptivity should have been found. After that, anything is possible.”
It is. I slept like a baby. And I wasn’t the only one, hearing all the feedback and reading all emails the next day. One girl went straight to bed after meditation class (at 23 o’clock) and slept on to 14 o’clock the next day. Normally she can’t go to sleep and keeps waking up all night. And she was not the only one. Other people felt very, very relaxed afterwards or very emotional: in a good way. So I might not be a dancer, I might not have rhythm but I will keep dancing Karunesh’s Heart Chakra Meditation.
