Your iliopsoas muscle is a key muscle in your yoga practice. As I wrote before in an earlier blog; it’s the muscle that for a big part decides how easy it is for you to do back bends. It’s also the muscle that has to lift up your leg when you walk. This are key functions of your body. But almost even more important: the muscle is directly connected to stress. A tight iliopsoas muscle tells your body you’re under stress, which causes bad health.
Keeping your iliopsoas muscle strong and flexible is vital for your health. So try out this class.
