These 30 days of push-ups will make you strong enough to do 15 push-ups in a row. We’ll start slow, with kneeling push-ups and we’ll build it up through plank – downdogs, downdog push-ups to 15 push-ups in a row. The only thing you have to do, is hang in there for 30 days. We tried it, we know you can do it as well.
Push-up challenge for (non) sporters
This challenge is designed to make you fitter and stronger; no matter if you do fitness, are a runner a yogi, sport fanatic or don’t do any sports at all. And for the yogis and yoginis: complete this challenge and Chaturanga Dandasana will be a piece of cake.
