What do you eat? I think it’s a question I get asked almost every week. Do yogis have the reputation to eat strange things? Or just healthy ones? Although I have to admit; ever since Sara and I went to an Ayurvedic clinic in India we tend to eat extraordinary in the eyes of our family.
What is strange? Well, we do have mostly rice for breakfast; in a salty and in a sweet variation. It might not sound as a yummy breakfast, but give it a go. The nice thing is that it keeps me full and energized easily up until lunch. So how does our breakfast look like? Check out this video and you’ll know.
