Use Policy / Terms Of Use

This website is about yoga. In yoga you are responsible for yourself; for your own happiness and health. Physically and mentally. We offer courses / exercises. If and how you do them, is up to you. We can’t and won’t take any responsibility / liability for your way of doing the courses and exercises. We will advise and teach you to our best abilities, but that is all we can do.

The information provided on this website is for educational purposes only. Participation is at your own risk. With every exercise you do, use your common sense. Check with your doctor before you try any of these exercises. When you do the exercises make sure you do them in an area with enough free space around you and in an area is well-lit. Wear comfortable clothing so you can move freely.

If you feel dizzy, light headed, faint or if you experience any other discomfort stop exercising and consult a doctor. You are responsible for your own condition and well being during your workout. Make sure you exercise within your limits. Never force or strain yourself. Seek advice and medical care if needed.

Before any workout you should warm-up your muscles and stretch them. Most of our yoga exercises have warming-ups in them. If your body needs more time to warm-up, add some extra exercises. Afterwards take the time to cool down. Not doing a proper warming-up and cooling down can cause injuries.

Yoga (asana, pranayama, meditation) and tantra generally make people feel good. Don’t use alcohol or drugs when you do the exercises. This will reduce the effects of the exercises. Make sure you keep yourself hydrated before, during and after your yoga practice. Don’t do the yoga exercises on a full stomach. Keep about 2 hours in between a meal and a yoga work-out.

Make sure you only do yoga exercises that are within your limits. An online training is no substitute for a yoga teacher that can watch over you during your practice. Seek the help of a doctor and / or qualified yoga teacher before you do any of the exercises. Especially when you are overweight, pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have any other medical conditions. This website offers courses to improve your health. These courses are no replacement for medical advice. If you are unsure about any feelings or experiences during or after your practice, consult a doctor. We accept no liability whatsoever for any damages, injuries or other causes arising from the use of this website.

If you do our courses think about what you do and how you are doing the exercises. You are responsible for yourself. If you are not capable of taking responsibility for your own actions, please don’t make use of this website.
