I love chocolate; that’s probably my feminine side. I love healthy food as well, so if I eat chocolate, I like it to be healthy. These chocolate oatmeal chunks are. And more than that: they are a real power food bar. Making them is really easy.
All you need is:
-everything you want to put in. I like: spirulina powder (you won’t taste it), goji berries, pea powder, maca powder and some cinnamon powder.
All you do is:
Roast the oatmeal together with the grated coconut and set aside. Melt the coconut oil in a stew pan and add the chocolate bars in small pieces. Stir until the chocolate pieces are melted.
Mix the roasted oatmeal and coconut with all other ingredients you want to have in your chocolate oatmeal chunks. Pour the melted chocolate over and mix everything with a spoon up until it’s a solid mass. Pour a thin layer of chocolate over the solid mass and let it cool down for half an hour. Put in the fridge for two more hours and cut in small chocolate oatmeal chunks.
Try not to eat all your chocolate oatmeal chunks at once. 🙂
