Chillen at Rancho Esperanza

Chillen at Rancho Esperanza

After a month of Spanish classes it was time to chill; time to relax, time to do nothing. Well almost nothing, because I’ll always teach yoga, so I did teach a few classes last week and a short Thai Yoga Massage workshop at Rancho Esperanza in Jiqilillo Beach, Nicaragua.

But for the rest Esperanza was just the place we needed: a place to surf, a place to read, a place to relax, a place to drink a lot of wonderful smoothies, a place to eat extravagant food and a place to do nothing. And that is what Jamie, my Canadian travel partner and former school mate at La Mariposa, and I did this week: nothing.

If you like to see a lot of nothing, to see us chillen at Rancho Esperanza, just check out our little movie. Hope you have as much fun watching as we did with doing nothing. Almost nothing, because we surfed: at sunrise and at sunset.

Thank you for your kind words Tom. I was great having you in the Yoga for two class and my other classes. Really nice meeting you and seeing you and your family having such a good time.
