Healthy brown banana biscuits

Brown Banana Biscuits

I’m on the road again. It’s what I love, but there is often one little disadvantage. In most places I go I have no kitchen and can’t cook myself. I will bring a little water boiler, a travel blender, but that’s not a full kitchen. Luckily I have a lot of friends who make wonderful food as well, so I can keep on providing you with yummy recipes. Too bad I can’t taste them all myself. This week Mickey has made Brown Banana Biscuits for you.

This is one I’m really looking forward to make myself one day. There is banana in there and chocolate. That’s my favorite combination. They are healthy and rich, so they will be pretty nice after a workout.

Ingredients Brown Banana Biscuits

  • 75 grams chestnut flour
  • 75 grams oats
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 spoon coconut oil
  • 1 spoon tahini paste
  • 4 spoons honey
  • 50 grams mixed nuts (chopped)
  • raw cacao beans (chopped)
  • black pepper

Preparation Brown Banana Biscuits

  • Heat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius
  • Put some baking paper on a baking tray
  • Mash the bananas with a fork and mix with all the ingredients
  • Make your hands wet and make little balls. Flatten them on the baking paper
  • Bake the cookies 20 minutes in the oven up until they are slightly brown
  • Try to let them cool of before you bite in them
