Arm Balance Trio

I’m a big arm balance junkie. The only problem with arm balances is that they can really interrupt a flow, so I’m always trying to find ways to flow from one arm balance into another. This is a Arm Balance Trio I learned when I was doing yoga in India.

I added chaturanga dandasana (Four-Limbed Staff Pose) to keep the flow going. Just an upward facing dog, downward facing dog and you’re back in dandasana again. Ready to flow on.
