What a day, what a day, what a day. Started with a yoga class to wake up, followed by a quick breakfast and for the rest of the day: AcroYoga, AcroYoga, AcroYoga and more AcroYoga; working on April’s washing machine.
On what? April’s washing machine. We designed it yesterday. A washing machine is a continuous movement you can do in Acro Yoga: made up by a few different poses flowing over in each other. This one starts from front bird, shoulderstand, free shoulderstand, twist, bat, reverse bird, trapdoor, throne, floating titibasana, high star with drop and by barrel roll back to front bird. And your first ‘spin’ is done.
It’s pretty long for a washing machine, but very fun. It has all I like in washing machines: flow, strength, concentration and teamwork. Check out the video to see it. Hopefully I can fly it with you soon!
