We are not only what we eat, we also think the way we eat and what we eat.
If we eat fruit and vegetables we’ll think happy thoughts. If we eat fast food, we will feel slow and have thoughts that bring us down. If we consume a lot of alcohol and meat we’ll have aggressive thoughts. So what we eat, influences the way we think.
But, not everybody can and should eat the same. We’re all unique, so we all have to eat different foods and foods prepared in a different way.
